This show unit in Bryanston, Johannesburg was designed to appeal to high end buyers who enjoy the lifestyle and aesthetics of the area, but who are looking for lock up and go. The target market included successful businessmen who commute weekly from Cape Town as well as retirement age, but not retirement ready, couples who currently live in the area and who want to downsize. As a result of this audience we needed to custom stage the unit for a more mature market while keeping the look modern. We chose a palette of classic finishes like wood, concrete and marble and used grey, black, cream and gold throughout to create a luxurious high-end look.
